Who it’s for
Custom insoles help anyone with pain in the feet, heels, knees, hips or back when walking or standing for long hours. They’re especially useful if you have flat or high-arched feet, plantar fasciitis, a heel spur, metatarsalgia, bunions, sports overload, or a stride that wears your shoes unevenly. We also work with diabetic and rheumatic feet, where protecting the skin and offloading pressure points makes all the difference.
How we do it
We start by listening: when it hurts, what footwear you use and what your daily life demands. We run a gait analysis and a 3D scan of your foot to understand exactly how you bear weight and how you move. With that data we design the insole in CAD/CAM and craft it to your exact measurements, choosing materials to suit your weight, your activity and your footwear. Then we fit them with you in person, adjust them until they feel natural, and follow up in case anything needs fine-tuning.

Frequently asked questions
How long do they take to be ready? It depends on the type of insole, but you can usually have them within a few days of the measurement appointment. We give you a clear timeframe on the same day as the study.
Do I need a referral from my doctor or podiatrist? It isn’t essential to get started. We carry out our own assessment and, if your case calls for clinical coordination, we work hand in hand with your doctor, physiotherapist or podiatrist.
Will they fit any shoe? We adapt the insole to the footwear you use. If you have a specific shoe (sports, safety or dress), bring it along and we’ll craft them with it in mind.
