Technology

Precision you can feel when you walk

We combine lifelong craft with up-to-date measurement and manufacturing technology. We explain, in plain language, how we turn your footprint into a truly custom-made solution.

From the scan to the finished piece: four steps where the sap of the craft guides every decision.

3D scanner capturing the shape of the foot

013D scanning

Your foot, captured in detail

With a digital scanner we obtain a precise three-dimensional image of the shape of your foot and how you bear weight. It's fast, clean and comfortable — no plaster casts.

That digital model is the basis on which we design your insole or orthosis, so it fits your anatomy exactly rather than the other way round.

Understanding how you move

An insole only works if it starts from a good diagnosis. That's why we study how you walk and how pressure is distributed under your feet, to detect poor support, overloads or imbalances.

With that information we know exactly where to correct, offload or stabilise, and we can measure whether the solution is working.

03CAD/CAM design and manufacturing

From design to finished piece, made to measure

With the model of your foot and your footprint data, we design the insole on the computer (CAD): we define every arch, wedge and offloading zone according to what you need.

Then we manufacture the piece (CAM) with materials chosen for your weight, activity level and condition. The result is a repeatable, precise solution — not an approximation.

04Materials

The right material for every case

Not all insoles are made the same. We choose between stiffer or more cushioned materials depending on what you're after: correcting, offloading a painful area, absorbing impact or gaining stability.

An athlete, someone with diabetes or a person who spends long hours on their feet don't need the same thing. So we adapt the material too, not only the shape.

Why it matters

Technology with a reason

We don't use machines for show. Every step of the process exists to make your solution more precise, more comfortable and more durable.

We measure, we don’t estimate

3D scanner and pressure platform: we start from real data of your foot and footprint, not an approximate size.

Repeatable and traceable

The CAD/CAM design is stored. If you need another pair or an adjustment, we start from the same model: same precision.

Our own workshop

We make them here, in Xirivella. We see your case end to end and correct it with no middlemen or long waits.

The process, step by step

How we arrive at your solution

01

Assessment

We talk with you, review your history and look at your case unhurried. Understanding the problem comes first.

02

3D scan

We capture the shape of your foot and your footprint with a digital scanner — no uncomfortable plaster casts.

03

CAD/CAM design

From the scan we design your insole or orthosis on the computer, fine-tuning every support and correction zone.

04

Manufacturing

We turn the design into a real piece, with materials chosen for your weight, activity level and condition.

05

Fitting and follow-up

We try the solution on you, make any adjustments needed and check that the result holds up over time.

Down to earth

Technology in the service of people

Technology helps us measure and manufacture better, but the most important thing is still listening to you and understanding your case. If you're unsure whether an insole or an orthosis is what you need, just ask — we'll explain it clearly and with no obligation.
